Miso Ramen with pork shank

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1.2 l of chicken broth
  • 350 g ramen noodles
  • 1 Fiorani cooked pork shank
  • eggs
  • pak-choi
  • spring onions
  • 1-2 spoons of miso paste
  • sesame seeds to taste
  • chili oil to taste

Preparation

Peel

Boil some water in a small pan and cook the eggs for 6 minutes.
Drain and place in a bowl of iced water to stop the cooking. Leave to cool in the water and peel.

Heat

Heat the cooked pork shank at a low temperature in the microwave or oven.
Leave to cool and shred the meat with two forks.

Heat

Bring the broth and the miso to the boil, add the noodles and cook for the time indicated on the packet.

Wash

Wash the vegetables and cut into strips or cubes, whichever you prefer.

Pour

Divide the noodles into 4 bowls, add the pulled pork, pak-choi, spring onions and eggs. Pour over the hot broth, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with chili oil to taste.
