  • 6 small sausages with Fiorani veal
  • 4/5 medium potatoes
  • 200 g of clean pumpkin
  • 1 medium red onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Sweet paprika and curry powder.
  • 1 coffee cup of water

Clean

Wash the potatoes very well with all the peel then cut them into slices of about 2cm.
Clean the pumpkin and cut into cubes of about 3 cm.
Blanch the potatoes for about 7/8 minutes.
Clean the onion and cut it into slices.

Drain

Drain the potatoes and place all the ingredients in a baking dish.
Add plenty of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, add a few said of rosemary, then sprinkle with a little sweet paprika and a sprinkle of curry.

Massage the meat and vegetables well with all the seasoning then add a coffee cup of water.
