Mini Pork Skewers Glazed with Soy Sauce and Honey Served with Pilaf Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Mini Fiorani Pork Skewers

For the glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey

For the pilaf rice:

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 2 cups vegetable broth (or meat)
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make it

Simple and elegant dish in a few moments, with the mini skewers @fiorani_e_c it's really easy, just glaze them and cook them in just 7 minutes in the air fryer. If you want to complete by giving an additional gourmet touch, add a simple pilaf rice or a salad of your choice... a delicious, tasty and beautiful dish to look at!

Follow the steps on video

In a food bag, add soy sauce and honey, add the mini Fiorani pork skewers, massage for a minute and leave to marinate for about an hour in the refrigerator.

Prepare

In the meantime, prepare the pilaf rice. In a pot, put the butter, add the rice and then the broth of the same quantity. Also add the aromas you prefer (you can also omit them), I cloves and cinnamon. Cover with a lid and let cook for about 18 minutes without ever opening or stirring. At the end of cooking it will be dry and compact, just loosen with a spoon.

Cook

Now cook the mini pork skewers in the air fryer. Place the skewers in the fryer basket, and cook for just 7 minutes at 190°C.
Serve with pilaf rice and decorate with some seeds. Smart gourmet dish ready!
