Liver meatballs

Ingredients

  • Veal liver 140 gr
  • Stale bread 3 slices
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • Oil
  • Pepper
  • Chopped herbs(parsley, thyme, chives) 2 spoons
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt

Preparation

Soften

Soften 2 slices of bread in the milk and crumble the third slice.

Chop

Chop the liver with the garlic, squeeze and add the bread slices, beaten egg, herbs, salt and pepper.

Fry

Form meatballs with the mixture, toss in the breadcrumbs and fry in boiling oil.

Serve

Serve hot.
