Golden tacos with radicchio and red fruits

Ingredients

  • tacos (crunchy ready-made)
  • 400g of golden pork fillets
  • 200g of fresh or frozen berries
  • 30g brown sugar
  • radicchio (better if from Treviso)
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • q.s. fine herbs and almond flakes to decorate
  • q.s. extra virgin olive oil

  • immersion mixer with glass
  • no stick pan

How to prepare it

Cook

Cook the fruits with the brown sugar in a pan with some brown sugar, then blend with a hand blender.

Salta

In the same pan, sauté the radicchio for a few minutes over high heat and season with salt.

Cook the fillets in a pan with extra virgin olive oil until golden brown.

Fill

Fill the tacos with the fillets cut into strips, the radicchio and the Greek yogurt seasoned with salt and pepper, decorate with the almond slices and the red fruit sauce.
