Greek burger with tzatziki sauce, onion and olives

Ingredients

  • 2 Fiorani hamburgers with cherry tomato confit
  • Buns
  • Black seeded olives
  • 1 Red onion
  • Greek yogurt 150 ml
  • Cucumber
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Garlic1 clove

Preparation

Grate

Grate the cucumber and ginger, squeeze and place in a bowl with the lemon juice. Add the Greek yogurt, season with salt and pepper and mix. Store in the fridge.

Cook

Meanwhile, cook the hamburgers with cherry tomato confit on a hot griddle for 4 minutes each side, so they remain soft inside, remove from the griddle and leave to rest for a few minutes.

Cut

Slice the cucumber and red onion.

Heat

Heat the bread, cut in half, add the hamburger, cucumber and red onion slices and spread over the tzatziki.
