An easy recipe, perfect for recharging your batteries after a long day. The mezzelune are very practical because they are ready in literally 3 minutes! For the pumpkin puree, simply blend the roasted pumpkin with a drop of water, oil, salt and pepper. The character of meat and cheese that marries with the sweetness of the pumpkin: a perfect match!

Follow every step on the video

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in static mode. Clean the pumpkin from the skin and seeds and cut it into cubes. Season with oil, salt, pepper and rosemary and bake for about 25 minutes.

Blend

Remove the rosemary, blend the roasted pumpkin with a drop of oil and hot water until you obtain a cream.

Brown

Brown the mezzelune in a pan over high heat with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on both sides.
