As part of the aforementioned purposes, the data may be communicated by Fiorani to Inalca S.p.A. and to other companies of the Inalca Group or of the Cremonini Group of which Fiorani belongs.

Specific security measures are observed to maintain adequate security, including protection through appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The data will be kept for a period consistent with the purposes for which they are processed, in this case for a period of 24 months, at the Fiorani offices and at the appointed Data Processors.
