Vegetable and tartare cups with stracciatella cheese

Ingredients

  • Courgette
  • Carrots
  • Red pepper
  • Lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Fiorani Tartare
  • Stracciatella cheese 60 g
  • Basil to decorate
  • EVO oil

Preparation

Clean

Clean and dice all the vegetables into the same size, place in a bowl and season with lemon juice, EVO oil, salt and pepper.

Divide

Divide the tartare into two smaller discs.

Decorate

Spread the vegetables in the bottom of a glass or cup with a spoon, add the tartare and complete with a spoon of stracciatella; decorate with a basil leaf or bean sprouts.
