Spring Bruschetta with Fiorani tartare and carpaccio

Ingredients

  • Heifer tartare
  • Picnic carpaccio
  • Sausages with veal
  • Tuscan-style bread
  • Pachino tomatoes
  • Bean sprouts
  • Fresh peas
  • Julienne carrots
  • Radishes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Cut

Cut the sausages into small pieces and fry in a pan until golden
Cut the Tuscan-style bread and toast in the oven for 3 minutes on each side
Cut the tomatoes in half
Thinly slice the radishes

Season

Garnish some of the bruschetta slices with fresh peas, julienne carrots, tomatoes and sausage
Garnish the others with radishes, carrots, peas, carpaccio or tartare
Season with oil, salt and pepper and serve
